In order to reduce support wait times, please have the following items ready for our tech support staff:
1) Serial number - The Fusion serial number will start with either "00" or "000", and will be located on the back or bottom of the unit
2) Remote support login - Please download the following software to start the remote control tool TeamViewer Quicksupport. If you are running on a newer version of TeamViewer (11 or 12), you will need to close that version before running the below link.
3) Network ports forwarded & external IP address To do any firmware updates or troubleshooting with an Ovation streamer, we will need some network ports forwarded to the internal IP address of your Ovation streamer.
For the legacy streamers, we will need port 22 (TCP) forwarded.
For Summit OS machines, we will need ports 22 and 9720 (both TCP) forwarded.
